Cancellation Policy
P3 Sports Lab To ensure the best experience for all players and coaches, the following policies apply to all private training sessions. Scheduling Private training sessions are scheduled directly on our website based on mutual availability. We recommend consistent scheduling to help players make the most progress. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be counted as a completed session. Weather Policy If a session must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, the session will not be counted and will be rescheduled. Late Arrival If a player arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for the coach’s schedule. Player Readiness Players should arrive on time, in appropriate athletic attire, and bring the necessary equipment (soccer ball, cleats, water, etc.) to maximize the training session. Refund Policy Private training sessions are non-refundable. In certain situations, sessions may be transferred to another player within the same family or applied as credit for future P3 services.
