Program Information
Introducing the P3 Soccer Lab Showcase — an exciting tournament designed to bring together teams from our afterschool programs and select invitees. This ONE-DAY event offers players of all levels the opportunity to put their training into action in a dynamic, tournament-style setting. Participants will engage in matches that emphasize teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship, reflecting the core values instilled at P3 Soccer Lab. Join us for a celebration of soccer growth, where every player can enjoy the game and demonstrate their progress on the field. Important Information: - Location: FOOTHILLS AREA YMCA - Cottingham Campus, 370 Memorial Dr, Seneca, SC 29672 - This is a One-Day event that will go from 8:30 am - 2:00 pm - The P3 team will form teams with players from the same schools whenever possible. Guest players from other schools may join the team. - Each team will play multiple games - The tournament will be divided into two age groups (Grades k-2nd & Grades 3rd-5th) - P3 T-shirt Included: Players who register at least one week before the event will receive a P3 T-shirt on the day of the event. Those who register later will have their T-shirts provided at a later date.
Cancellation Policy
1. Participant Cancellations: 72-Hour Notice Requirement: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event's start time are non-refundable. This policy ensures fair opportunity for waitlisted participants and effective event planning. 2. Inclement Weather Policy: Rescheduling: If inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances necessitate the event's cancellation, P3 Soccer Lab will reschedule to a later date. All registrations will automatically transfer to the new date. Notification: Participants will be informed of cancellations and rescheduling via email, SMS, and/or social media within 24 hours of the event. This timeline may adjust based on weather developments.
