Coach Lucie
Lucie is a Freshman at Queens University Charlotte and plays for the Women’s soccer team.
She is from the North West of England and she has been playing soccer since she was 5 years old.
Playing as an attacking midfielder Lucie spent most of her early years playing for Stoke City Academy where she won Player of the year at U14 and secured selection for England School girls North.
To test herself further Lucie moved over the border to play in the Welsh Premier league where she played 37 times scoring 10 goals for The New Saints and at the age of 16 she become the youngest starter and scorer.
Moving to the US in Summer 2023 to continue her studies at Queens, Lucie quickly established herself in the starting eleven, ending the season as top gaol scorer and was also named in the Asun all freshman conference team.
Lucie’s coaching style has been developed from her own soccer education from some of the best coaches back home. She believes that by creating a positive challenging environment, encouraging players to express themselves to play without fear of making mistakes., whilst guiding them to make their own decisions with and without the ball ultimately helps players to step on the pitch with confidence.
Her individual sessions are fun and energetic, specifically developed with positional and game related practices.
