Coach Cade
Cade Bender is from Charlotte, North Carolina and has had a prosperous love for the game since the age of 4. Cade started out his soccer career at Charlotte Junior after which he started playing club soccer for Charlotte United’s top team at the age of 9. At the age of 13 Cade moved on to play for Carolina Rapids under their DA (Development Academy) team, which was the highest level of US youth club soccer at the time. After the split of DA into MLS Next and ECNL, Cade continued his journey with what was now Charlotte Independence and is currently still on their U18/19 Pro Academy ECNL team.
Cade is currently still in his Senior year at Myers Park High School and has recently committed to Queens University of Charlotte as part of the school's first year of a Division 1 recruiting class. Cade has been a part of the IB (International-Baccalaureate) Program at Myers Park which has challenged him to be a very prosperous student and athlete which he hopes to carry with him as he transitions into his first year at Queens University of Charlotte. Cade has also been a product of P3 soccer training himself working alongside Pedro who has helped him further his game to the next level and prepare him for his collegiate career.
Cade has always been a responsible and caring role model for his 3 younger siblings and has sparked their love for the game, with his 2 younger twin siblings both playing for Charlotte Independence. Cade’s goal as a coach is to use his passion, skill, and knowledge of the game to teach and inspire the next generation of players and ultimately help them achieve their aspirations.
