These experiences have enabled Pedro to improve his ability to interact with people that have diverse backgrounds, cultures, and values.

As Pedro’s college career came to an end, he sought new opportunities that combined his two main passions: soccer and sports psychology. In 2019,  Pedro had the opportunity to be the head coach at Alexander Graham Middle School. Pedro was very thankful for this opportunity as it enabled him to engage and contribute to the Charlotte community. Inspired by his passions and experiences with soccer, Pedro sought to improve the technical level of young soccer players by founding P3 Soccer in 2019.

Pedro’s main motivation to coach is to see young players enjoying the training sessions and the learning process. For Pedro, there is nothing more grateful than seeing a player coming to practice and leaving with a smile on their face. Pedro’s goal is to shift the mentality that training is an unpleasant moment. Instead, soccer practice can be the best part of a player’s day. Successful Brazilian soccer players have this mindset, and Pedro’s objective is to instill this mentality into all P3 Soccer players.
